  Im not usually a person who leaves reviews or reads them for that matter. But this office is so irresposible and the front desk staff is so unprofessional that i dont think anyone should trust their childs health with them. They give you false information without first verifying it with the doctor. And then they have the nerve to laugh about it. Rude!!! Illegal!!! And unproffesuonal if i had to describe them in 3 words.

  I'm giving them 2 stars ONLY because I do enjoy Dr.Jimenez. He visited me after my second son was born, and after his surgery in the hospital at 1 month old. I have been going there for 5 years now, and each time I feel it gets worst and worst. I'm to the point I now wait until after hour pediatric opens on BBDowns because I know if I set up a appointment with Small World I'm waiting there for 2 hours easily just to be seen. I recently found out that my son is NOT up to date on his shots even though they stated he was. Called to set up a appointment and each time they have canceled on me. 3-4 years ago I would have gave them a easy 5 star rating. Iam currently looking for a new doctor for my children, and will NOT be returning to Small World.
