  I scheduled a month in advance and took the time off from work. I get to the appt and the receptionist is like "sorry" she cancelled and I spoke with your sister about it. First, why is your office speaking to my sister about my doctor appointment??? Secondly, how do you disrespect someone's time by saying well we left a voicemail. Horrible staff. I hate this organization and I'm sorry I even stopped in to begin with. BIG MISTAKE!

  The doctor is great minus the office. They never answer phone calls, do not return phone calls after leaving voice mails, and do not call you with your blood results. It's really frustrating. It is also almost impossible to find a same day or next day sick appointment. Appointments are always booked out weeks in advance, making it impractical when you or your kids are sick. It is unfortunate, that the office is not operating well because the doctor herself is great, really caring, will answer all your questions and give you your time. I've had to switch my kids out because of the inconvenience of no same day/next day appoint time. I will likely be switching out as well, because I can't deal with having to call each day and never receive a response.
