  My entire family WERE patients there for the past 5 or so years. The only real complaint is that every single appointment takes FOREVER! The ARNP Tracy Green is wonderful, friendly, and caring HOWEVER she can only do so much. Recently I had missed some work due to an illness and needed my doctor TO complete 3 pages for the insurance company. It took me over two weeks to get an appointment (since Dr. Shah requires your presence to complete (just to collect office copays)). I finally got an appointment and then got stuck in a meeting at work and missed the appointment by 2 hours. I called the office as soon as I left the business meeting. I was told that they were overbooked and that I would not be able to get the paperwork completed. After several unreturned calls were told they were "overbooked" and would not be able to complete the documentation because the doctor was going to be vacationing for the next 14 days so I asked for him to call me directly. He never called me prior to the office closing. I called the next morning as soon as the office reopened and offered to come in prior to him starting but was told he does not begin until 9:30 and was 'overbooked' then I asked him to complete them and let me be seen by Nurse Green. They could not accommodate ANY options. I asked to speak with him but the medical assistant lied to me saying he was at the hospital but, he told her to tell me that if I arrived at the office he would have me removed by the police. First of all, I in no way shape, form, or fashion ever been remotely aggressive so I was highly offended and said I wanted him to call me directly. He did and could not be bothered. The bottom line is this doctor (as admitted by his staff on several occasions) works 9:30 - 3 (takes lunch from 12 - 1) and vacations frequently so be prepared to wait forever to get an appointment and then wait forever once you’re in his office. Only to get a doctor who does not really care about you or your family, only about churning patients through his office. Ironically, I started seeing a female doctor 2 weeks previously due some female concerns who stated that 'your current physician didn't address this with you?’..... Together with his latest behaviors I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT CHOSE THIS DOCTOR AS YOUR PRIMARY PHYSICAN.

  My children had a good experience with the PA who works with Dr. Shah- but when I tried to make an appointment was told that new policy is that the receptionist is told she cannot make appointments for new patients until after Dr. Shah reviews their completed paperwork. I WASNT ALLOWED TO EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT until AFTER my PAPERWORK was REVIEWED! That should be illegal! He is obviously pre-screening patients. When I became upset and asked to speak with the Dr. I was assured the Dr. or Office manager would call me back. That was 5 days ago! I will be pulling the records for my entire family and finding a physician who cares more about the patient than their pre-screened paperwork
