- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been in constant pain and hearing loss. This Dr was a preferred provider per my insurance so I made an appointment, at which time I asked for their address The lady I spoke with gave me 2020 Bruce B Downs. I put it in my GPS and started out for my appointment. After driving around for well over 40 minutes trying to find the place, I called and explained how I couldn't find them and that I was in tears. She told me that I have now lost my appointment and will have to reschedule to next week. That they had moved and that wasn't even their address. Making it sound like it was all my fault. Not even a I'm sorry or concern of any kind. What kind of people does this place hire??? Never again!!!March 23, 2017by Lori Marshall
