- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Professional and friendly staff. Dr. Hernandez is so patient answering questions and telling me about my dental needs. They even take BOTH of my insurances and helped me with getting all my insurance claims paid. They are definitely the only dentist I would go to.August 03, 2017by Tara Farmer
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I must say that Dr. Hernandez & her staff were most professional and easy to work with as long as you were their patient, but because they moved their office and it was no longer convenient for me to go there, I had to find a new dentist. With my type of job I cannot tell sometimes even 48 hrs in advance whether something will come up that I cannot make my appt. But I always called and rescheduled as soon as I knew that I wouldn't be able to make it and would resched at that time. Although, they 'waived' the $50 reschedule fee at the time and were 'most understanding', once I decided to change dentists, then I received a bill in the mail for any 'waived' fees that were outstanding. I understand that I signed that I would pay a fee if I had to reschedule within 24 or 48 hours or whatever it is, but don't 'understand' and tell me you will waive the fee and then stick it to me once I decide that with the office further away I needed to find someone closer. With her moving her office and me having to drive further, I had to allow 1.5 to 2 hours off of work where before I could run up on my lunch break and be fine. Just so you know, I paid my 'outstanding' fees as I always honor my debt, but I just didn't appreciate being told one thing on the phone and then getting a bill later. Also, one of my resched's was they called me as they had something come up and I didn't get a $50 inconvenience fee given to me but I was happy to oblige to accommodate their emergency.
